Washing Machine is interested by many food factories since it is very useful, convenience, and could reduce the washing step time, so that the production capacity could be increased.

There are many kinds of wares could be cleaned by our Washing Machine such as baskets, tray, chopping board and other wares in food production.

All materials used in washing machine are food grade and safe for food production processing.

Working Process of “FM” Washing Machines Type: 2 Washing Zones

1. The ware inlet adjusting step

Adjust the ware inlet according to the size of the ware which will be intended to the washing machine.

2. Temperature setting step

Set the water temperature of every washing zone and also the speed of the conveyor.

3. Washing step

The high pressure hot water and detergent are used in the washing steps which are separated to 2 washing zones as below details:

· ZONE 1 DETERGENT OR HOT WATER WASHING ZONE

This step is for cleaning the dirtiness out of all wares by detergent and hot water. The cleaning system is Hi-Pressure and Hi-Volume hot water by Flat spray nozzles to clean the wares.

· ZONE 2 WASHING ZONE

Clean the detergent out of the wares by High-Pressure hot water.

Control System

There are 2 control systems, automatic and manual system. “FM” Washing Machines Type: 2 Washing Zones could be set the water temperature of every washing zone and conveyor speed via the Control Panel.

WATER SPRAY RETORT FEATURE AND BENEFITS “FM” Water Spray Retorts are designed to sterilize food and drinks in containers to destroy harmful bacteria, is manufactured in 4 standard sizes to accept all various types of containers such as aluminum pouches, glass bottles, plastic or aluminum containers and so on. Customer’s demand is satisfied with a range of capacity from 2 baskets to 8 baskets, single or double doors design with slip-way lock and sensor device to obstruct process working in case of incomplete door closing. All “FM” Water Spray Retort including vessels, work pipes and valves are fabricated in stainless steel in compliance with ASME standard and fully equipped with water level control, circulation alarm, warning alarm for process deviation, and temperature and pressure control. Our design and fabrication of semi and fully automatic retorts are in compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) & GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) Spraying System The continuous spraying of water through a series of spray nozzles, located at an optimum position of spray pattern, with direct steam injection gives better constant and homogenous temperature distribution and heat transfer to cover on every inch of products. Optimum heat distribution (±0.5 ?C) Accurate pressure control (±0.05 bars) The heat exchanger for cooling provides optimum water quality and no contamination of the products by separating product contact water from cooling water. PRECESS 1. Water filling and Preheating and Coming up After filled and sealed containers are loaded into the retort, the process begins with filling some volume of water to a controlled level of the processing vessel (the water maybe pre-heated up to the required temperature to prevent temperature drop of the products at the beginning of the process) . Meanwhile the water in the vessel is heated by steam and circulated continuously until thoroughly obtaining the set-point temperature and pressure. At the same time the system injects the water through spray nozzles to increase product temperature. 2. Sterilizing During the thermal processing, the hot water is sprayed from the spray nozzles with an optimum adjusted spray angle onto every inch of pouches or containers until the programmed temperature and pressure meet the scheduled process time. 3. Cooling At the cooling phase, the circulating water passed through a plate heat exchanger which is now set to achieve a smooth transition into cooling. This water circulation continues working until the programmed temperature has been achieved.

Food Machinery Co., Ltd has designed and manufactured pre-cookers for food industry which has the pre-cooking step in production processing. There are 2 types of Pre-Cooker, circular and rectangular type. The pre-cooking step is almost the beginning step of food production; it is very important step, so the pre-cooker must be good in work efficiency. Our pre-cookers could be designed and manufactured according to the customer’s requirement. PROCESS 1. Venting PhaseAfter the products are loaded into the pre-cooker, hot steam is injected into the vessel. The temperature continuously grows from the initial pre-cooking temperature to the scheduled maximum processing temperature. At the same time, remaining air is steamed out via vent valve. 2. Cooking Phase Two modes are optional. 1. Timing Cooking ModeThe products are cooked by well distributed hot steam. The maximum processing temperature is controlled and held constantly in response to the holding time set. 2. Backbone Cooking ModeThe products are cooked by well distributed hot steam. This process is done until the target backbone is reached. Automatic measurements of the backbone temperature by probes at the widest portion of inside products are made in order to determine if the desired backbone temperature has been obtained. 3. Exhausting PhaseWhen cooking phase is already done, the exhausted valve opens and the blower starts to run for releasing remaining hot steam under programmed time. 4. Cooling PhaseAfter accomplishing of cooking phase, sprayed water is injected into the vessel to gently cool the product according to the planned time. CONTROL SYSTEM A Control System comprises a controller which is equipped with touch screen to control the operation of the pre-cooker. It is responsible for controlling all phases according to a scheduled time temperature profile. It is also designed to control and internal temperature in the product and terminate the phase when the process reaches a desired internal temperature and time. Process status including the data of equipment status, temperature, time, and alarm can be monitored and easily detected. The profile, collected in the program, could be selected to suit each kind of products. For customer’s alternatives, process cycles can be controlled by Central Host PC so that all pre-cookers are remotely monitored from Host PC in the control room. The host computer is used to provide input information for the controlled in controlling the whole precooking process. It is also used to receive process and display output information about the process which is generated by the controller.

Various kinds of containers could be used in retorts such as pouches, bottles, plastic tray, aluminum tray, and so on. Direct Steam Retort “FM” Direct Steam Retorts are designed to sterilize food under injected steam. The containers which could be used for this retort type are the rigid containers packaging only. Process 1. Venting After filled and sealed rigid containers are loaded into the retort, hot steam is injected into the vessel. The temperature continuously grows to the scheduled maximum processing temperature. At the same time, remaining air is steamed out via vent valve. This step is performed to let the air out of the retort since the air remaining cause an ineffective heating process. 2. Sterilizing The products are sterilized by well distribute hot steam. The maximum processing temperature is controlled and held constantly in response to the holding time set. 3. Cooling At the cooling phase, the temperature and pressure inside the retort are controlled by reducing pressure, and filling water into the retort until the products are flooded and the desire product temperature has been achieved.
