ปัจจุบันมีโรงงาน หน่วยงาน หรือองค์กรไหนที่แปรรูปผัก/ผลไม้ โดยใช้การลอกเปลือกด้วยด่าง(lye peeling)กับการลอกเปลือกด้วยไอน้ำ(steam peeling) บ้างครับ
